Can I start on Kodi Ready and upgrade later?
Yes. Most clients start with Kodi Ready to get compliant fast, then upgrade to Biashara Digital once they see the system working. The setup fee for the upgrade is reduced by what you already paid.
What does the setup fee cover?
Installation, configuration for your specific business, data entry (items, customers, suppliers), and staff training. You are live and using the system by the end of setup — not handed a manual.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Kodi Ready and Biashara Digital are month-to-month — cancel any time. Biashara Managed has a 6-month minimum (we invest significant time in the setup). Enterprise is project-based with milestones.
What happens if I have a problem?
WhatsApp us. We respond within a few hours on business days, same day on urgent issues. You are not logging a ticket with a call centre — you are messaging the person who built your system.
