Agriculture

Farm management software for Kenyan agribusiness.

Field and block records, input and labour costs per block, and harvest-to-sale in one system — so you know what every acre actually earned, not just what the farm made.

The problem

If this sounds familiar, you're who we built this for.

Cost per acre is a guess

Seed, fertiliser, chemicals, fuel, and labour spread across blocks with no per-block record. You know the farm made money — not which block, which crop, or which season earned it.

Casual labour is a cash leak

Gangs paid daily in cash or M-Pesa against headcounts on paper. Ghost workers and double payments are invisible until the season is over.

Harvest data dies in notebooks

Yields per block per season never reach anything you can compare, and the input store runs on trust — so next season is planned on memory, not numbers.

What we build

The system, piece by piece.

Field & block records

Every block carries its crop, season, and activities — and every input issue, labour day, and machinery hour posts its cost to the block. Cost per acre stops being folklore.

Casual labour management

Daily attendance and task rates per gang, payouts run through M-Pesa, and labour cost landing on the block the gang worked. The headcount and the payout finally match.

Input store control

Fertiliser, chemicals, and seed issued against specific blocks, with stock reconciled against usage — so the store balances and the agronomy record is complete.

Harvest-to-sale flow

Collection and weighbridge records become produce stock, then eTIMS-stamped buyer invoices — with yield per block per season on record, and the block-level traceability export buyers ask for.

The farm runs on the same platform as the books — so block costs, store stock, and buyer invoices feed one ledger, and the season report is the same truth your accountant closes on. See what's inside the platform and how an implementation runs.

Common questions

Asked on almost every call.

What kinds of farms does this fit?

Export horticulture, coffee, tea, macadamia, mixed crop, and dairy or poultry agribusiness. If the operation has blocks, seasons, and inputs, it can be recorded and costed.

Can it pay casual workers through M-Pesa?

Yes — attendance and task records build the payout run, and payments go out through M-Pesa business payouts, each tagged to the block the work happened on.

Do you support export traceability requirements?

Block-level activity and input records give you the per-batch traceability most export buyers and certifiers ask for. We map the records to the format your buyer requires.

How much does it cost?

Scoped to the farm: a one-time fixed implementation quote, then one flat monthly fee for hosting, support, and updates. A thirty-minute call gives you a realistic range.
